    What are your goals? What kinds of foods do you like to eat? How much exercise do you get?

    At the top of the forums are "sticky" threads with tons of great info. I highly recommend reading them.

    Thanks....I am planning to go back to my gym at least 3 times a week and I have to cut out carbs...that's my weakness

    How many calories per day were you thinking? Do you have a digital scale to weigh your foods (to make sure you're logging accurate quantities)?

    I'll have to get a food scale I want to stay under 1550 calories a day
