Logging water (cups measurements)

I haven't quite figured out how to log my water intake with this app. I see they come in cups but exactly how much is considered a cup on the app? If I drink a bottle water I usually put 2 and if I have a big glass I'll put 3. Is that correct?

A cup is 8 ounces. You have to know the amount of ounces, your water bottle/cup is or just use a measuring cup. Also water in foods, count as well but that's usually an estimate, unless you weigh your oatmeal, pasta, rice, etc.; after you cook it as well as before & the difference in weight, would obviously be; how much water the food is soaked with.

I just figure how many cups (measuring cups) of water it is. If it's a 16 oz bottle of water, it's 2 cups. If it's a 20 oz bottle then it's 2.5 cups and I'll just round up to 3, or drink another 20 oz and just count 5 cups. :)

Like an idiot today I actually GOT MY CALCULATOR OUT to figure out how many CUPS 80 oz is - seriously??? I divided 80 by 8 and when the answer came up 10...I was immediately overcome with my stupidity - der, 3rd grade math here, Wizzy... THIRD GRADE MATH, lol. I can't believe I did that with a calculator, lol.

8 ounces. I typically use the same tall 3 cup(24 ounces) glasses at home or my 24 ounce water bottle for gym or when I'll be out a while and might need something to drink. The summertime I will carry water all the time. I'm usually always adding my water 3 cups at a time since I drink those big glasses.

At the gym alone I'm known to drink 6 cups in especially nights I'm there 2 hours doing cardio and weightlifting.

I've done that and been like duh. I over complicate things sometimes in my anxiety ridden brain. ;) It happens to the best and brightest. :)

My theory is that it's a sign of genius. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. (Forgetting names and umbrellas is also a sign of genius).
