I still have about 8lb to go till 'goal'
How I did it-
1) Workout 4-5 days a week
2) Eat less than 1500 calories
I tried to eat well, but I also indulged as long as within my calorie count.
Below is my before and after. I personally don;t see much difference. But other ppl do. My clothes feel lose

You look great! You waist is more defined and your face has slimmed down. Sometimes it is hard to see our own progress because we are used to seeing ourselves everyday.2

21day fix initially and now I jog 3 times a week at least for 30 mins. I don't workout for more than 30 mins.

I have been using the 21 day fix for over 6 mos. I stopped for about 2 mos due to Holidays, added job responsibilities etc.. Before stopping I had only lost 3 lbs, during my "off" time I gained 15 lbs. I have started back up but so far (1 mos) have not lost anything. Any tips to help me out. It seems like once you start any kind of exercise regimen that if you stop you gain double what you had before.0

I think I lost about 7 lb from 21dayfix (but I wasn't eating very clean or counting calories). Counting calories really work. Give it a shot ... You can add me or join my June challenge group. It closes on 7th June xx
