Depending on your stats, that may be to aggressive of a goal.
What is your height and weight?1 -
That's almost 7 pounds a month, which comes down to about almost 2 pounds a week. It's not going to happen in a healthy way because you only have 20 pounds to lose, which means you are most likely already close to a healthy weight.
What are your stats?
Set your goals up to lose a half pound a week and double the time to lose, weigh your solids/measure your liquids, eat a portion of your cardio exercises back, and you will lose weight.
Weight loss is all about eating less calories than you burn.
Good luck!0 -
You can still lose 2lbs a week and reach your goal the healthy way. It's going to be rough, and it's going to take determination. Go to iifym.com, and adjust your macros to match the amount of protein it says to eat. Stay on your goals and don't go over, and add in exercise if you aren't already. Try 20-30 min of cardio a day for 4-6 days a week, and yes, you can eat back some of those calories if you don't add them in at iifym.com. Once you settle on an exercise schedule, you can plug that in at iifym.com and it'll tell you how many calories you can eat on a regular basis and you can stop tracking exercise calories. Just don't do that and then stop exercising.2

No....it would not be healthy for someone at an already healthy weight with 20 pounds to lose to lose 20 pounds in 3 months. If that's her in the avatar, she looks like she's at a healthy weight.
It is unnecessary to do all the things you outlined above. You can adjust your macros all you want and exercise, but eating at a calorie deficit is what's required.

^Don't listen to the crackpot trying to sell you stuff.
What's with the deadline? If you only have 20lbs to lose, it will naturally be a bit slower.0 -
Depends on how miserable you want to be. That much weight loss in such a short period of time for some one who is not grossly overweight will require a lot of sacrifice.
I would not recommend it.0 -
Try a low carb high fat diet and exercise. There is such thing as "skinny fat" you may not need to lose 20 lbs to look the way you want to you may just need to tone up. Watch this YouTube video. Good luck.
