Hello Everybody
İm new in this fitness job and I really need some advices..
I get so tired since the first 15 mins and it makes me feel shy about it.
I started to maintain my consumption of calories like I weigh 56kg. Now with 164 cm height and I have a fat tummy that even when I used to weight 48 kg. I suffered from it..

    The heart is a muscle. It will get stronger if you keep working it. Endurance can take time.

    That being said, if you get light headed or feel faint, stop for a while to make sure you're ok. If it keeps happening, see a doctor.

    At a guess, you're trying too hard. Ease into it.

    Maybe check with your doctor, if you e never seen one to make sure you're fit enough to exercise
