Maintenance calories, for short ladies 5'1-5'2, maintaining 110lb or under

Hey! Just wondering what calories ladies this size tend to be maintaining at? I originally was eating 1500 calories to maintain, but am wondering if upping it to 1700 calories would be above maintenance? I'm 25 and do cardio 3-5 times a week, for 45 mins. Any other ladies experience would be really appreciated, thanks!

I'm JUST transitioning into maintenance/slow, slow loss at 5'1" and 115lbs. I'm 28 and I do cardio 5-6 times a week and a couple of strength training sessions of 20-30 minutes. I'm planning to try to stay around 1500 on the weekdays to allow for a little extra (read: alcohol) on the weekends.

I would think 1500 would be under maintenance for you, assuming you're a very diligent logger. Are you losing?

    I eat 1950 to 2350 to maintain...depending on
my activity level. I'm 5'1 and 108lbs. I do cardio 3 times a week and weightlift 3 times a week. I eat more on my lifting days.

Outside of exercise I'm pretty active. I have a somewhat physical job and I'm a mom of a toddler. I usually take around 15K to 20K steps per day.

    5'2" 107 lbs and I maintain on 1900+ a day.
I lift 3 times per week, no cardio but I am a stay at home mom of 5 so I'm on my feet most of the day!
Edited to add that I'm 36 (if that matters!)

I am 5 ft 1.4 99.5 pounds and sedentary at the moment, MFP gives me 1330 and I lose weight on that, increased to 1400-1450 and was still losing 0.5-0.8 pounds per week, I have a fitbit so get a decent idea of my activity level too but these things are not perfect.

My doctor just told me to increase to 1600 which I am now doing, can always tweak a bit if need be, I was quite shocked to see loss at 1450 with my stats, throw in exercise and I lose 1.3-1.8 pounds per week!

I have tried every calculator, tried fitbit and concluded that my body is the best database for working out my maintenence calories, so 1600 for now, see how that goes and will be eating more when I start to exercise again.

Edited to add that I have a range in which I like to be, 100-104, so 0.5 under that at the moment, that is fine though, it's nice to have a bit of wiggle room whilst I continue to experiment with the calories.

5'2" and maintaining at 98.5lbs. I am averaging 1600-1800 calories. Lift 4x/week for 30min and cardio 3-4 days per week (15min HIIT). Sometimes commute to work by bike. I eat around 1300 during the week and 2500-3000 on the weekends (hubby likes to eat out).

I don't think 1700 is very far off the mark for your stats and the cardio you do.

My stats are a little different as I'm 5'4 and 110lbs. I'm a big bigger than you are and maintaining on about 1700, but my cardio is minimal.

The exercise is going to earn you that little bit extra calorie-wise even though you're smaller. You'll have to play with your diet a little to see where you see to fall though.
