Just found out online that the overall conscensis(sp) for the conversion of sweat points to calories is about 4.2 sweat points = 1 calories. Just wanted to let everyone know. Now, this is probably only if you are really doing it, really getting into the moves. Working up a sweat, oh yeah! LOL

i've heard that before... but i don't think it can possibly be correct (though i'd LOVE it if it was, lol!!)... w/beastie boys "body movin" for example, i accumulate 600+ sweat points... & w/that conversion, i'd burn about 143 calories in 4 minutes!!! & i don't think that's physically possible
my HRM says different... WAY different... about 25-35 cals (haven't done it in a while, so i don't remember the exact #'s) love, love, love JD2, btw!!0 -
Personally I go into Just Dance Mode and hit "Non-Stop Shuffle" and time myself. When I enter it into MFP I use Dancing Aerobic. Seems pretty accurate, and you also do not have to wait super long for the next song to come on. I jog in place while waiting for the song to load, so I know I have really been exercising that long! Helped me to lose 24 lbs!0

DDR has a calorie calculating workout mode and I average 10-20 calories per song. If I really put effort into Just Dance 2 I feel as if Im getting about the same burn
Either way I just enter it as "dancing, general" and put in the amount of time I was actually moving0
