I embraced a new lifestyle since June 2015, and here I am 11 months later. At 36 years old, I am in better shape now than I ever was, and the things I did (still doing) are: cut back on junk food, no sugary drinks, eat less than 1800cal/day, lift weights well within my limits, rinse and repeat 4-5 days a week.

Body fat percentage went from 28% to 11%. New targets: Lose 5 more kg and get to 8% body fat.
