I was going to wait to post till i hit 100 pounds lost but what the heck :) My before weight was 265 and now im 174. I t has taken me a year to get this weight off. I still want to lose about 40 or so pounds.
I really hope this works and hopefully my pics aren't too big or small, thanks for looking!
