Looking for Some Friends

Hello guys. Here's my story.
I've been struggling with my weight for quite some time now. I used to be fairly athletic. I suffer from depression. It comes and goes. I've learned to deal with it for the most part however at times I deal with it in a way that's not the greatest for my body. I'm an emotional eater, and this to me seems like an odd thing to say but I'm addicted to energy drinks.
I've managed to get down to 180 lbs a few times, but any time things turn south I turn to food.
I had been struggling with money for quite a while as well after finishing school. I couldn't find a good job and I had student loans and rent to pay.
9 months later, I get a good paying job. This is where I'm at now. None of my clothes fit me anymore, and I really feel embarrassed to walk out in public. I feel gross, I'm stuck wearing sweaters because T-shirts REALLY don't fit me. I'm in a much better place right now and I really want to try to lose weight.
I also think a big part of my problem is my addictive personality. When I like something I tend to over do it. I had this problem with exercise as well. I was exercising 2 hours a day and lost almost 60lbs in 2 months. My goal is to take things slow, I want to lose 15 lbs in a little over 2 months. I think that is reasonable. In fact I'd be happy with just 10 lbs. I just want something that won't feel like too much work. If I can lose 60lbs in 2 months it should feel like cake losing 1/4 of that weight? At least by my logic.
I'm looking for people who can give me tips and advice for when I'm struggling. I've kicked the energy drinks for almost 2 weeks now. I already feel better. My next goal is to cut back drinking, once a month. As it is now I'm only drinking on weekends. I've also got a goal for stopping to eat out. I usually get breakfast before work. I have to be up by 5am to catch my bus to get to work by 7am. So waking up early is hard for me. I get home at 4:30, by the time I'm done cooking and cleaning the dishes and doing other chores around the house to maintain the upkeep it's almost 8:30/9pm and I just can't work up the energy to cook myself breakfast.
I'm looking for people to challenge me as a person. If I question one of your suggestions I don't want you to take it personally. Instead, give me evidence to back up your opinion. I won't listen to anyone blindly without evidence. I'm looking for people who are willing to have an open conversation and not take it personally when we have a difference of opinion.
If you think you're that kind of person, I'd love to have you on my friends list.
