Belly fat and what to do with it!

Hi, I'm a newbie on here and just after I bit of advice. I am about 5'7 in height and weight is 9st 13lbs (139), but as you can see from the pics I have a baby belly. I feel that my weight is a good weight for my height but how do I loose the baby belly with out losing the weight. Will this disappear just through toning.     You might feel better a few pounds lighter than your current weight so try a calorie deficit and use the advice in the above thread, I personally don't think just toning is going to get you the results you want without losing a bit more weight. The advice in other threads about spot reducing is true, the belly fat will go when it's ready once you are consistent with a calorie deficit and exercise will help. Well done on taking the first steps and you'll be in shape before you know it!
