Friends+motivation for the weight loss journey

I am in desperate need of some positivity. I've had this app for 2 years and never stuck with it because I never had anyone push me. I appreciate the sense of community and I would love to be around people who I can push and who can push me to reach their goal. I am 23 and I'm looking to lose about 50 pounds!! Will be starting the 17 day diet tomorrow! Was also wondering if anyone used some type of supplement that helped with the process.

    C4 helps. It gives you a boost of energy to push yourself to your limits, giving the most out of your workout :)

    I also need some help sticking to the diet. Midnight snacks are my downfall! I don't think that supplements are necessary, most are stimulants and in the past some have even been taken off of the market (like fen-fen, fentanol).
    I've had the best success combining kettlebell workouts with the MyFitnessPal diet plan. If you're interested in kettlebells, search for StrongFirst and Simple&Sinister. The StrongFirst philosophy is to practice, don't workout, stay safe, and avoid injury.

    I use c4 and am also on a awesome nutritional cleansing system that also has a great workout/performance line.
