Ripped in 30 Frustrations

I started Ripped in 30 last week and while day 1 was hard of week one, by the end I owned it. I felt great going into week 2. Then I did week 2 and SUCKED! I expected it to be hard, I expected to struggle, but I felt as if I was in such akward positions and trying so hard to figure out the moves that I barely burned a thing. I felt like I stared at the tv in confusion more than actually worked out. I know i'm not a fitness guru but I can take a beating, but this just seemed so foreign. Any suggestions?

These programs are marketed toward the general public, yet the general public has no business starting out with such intense programs. There are plenty of better training ideas online....try stumptuous.com, its a great sight and is specifically geared toward women. They crush a lot of misconceptions.0
