Looking for a Zone Diet Buddy - Let's Do This!

Hello ^_^

I am on my second day of the Zone Diet. My goal is to complete one month of strictly eating Zone meals. In the past, I lost 30 lbs. within 3 months of following the diet alone. However, I have gained back 10 lbs. and tend to fluctuate a lot. Now, I plan on completing this short-term goal and would love to not do it alone.

In addition to this diet, I have been following a beginner's strength training program by Mark Rippetoe. I am expecting nothing but gains by starting zone.

So, if you're interested in joining me if you've never heard of Zone or want me to join you, let me know!

    Hey I'm going to do zone for the month of June....I'd love to do it with someone and share meal plans, etc.

    That's a great start but as soon as you stop eating zone meals you might gain the weight back. Try sticking with it or something similar when you finish your 30 day challenge! Good luck! :)
