I have a problem. I eat a lot and to much fat. It's getting out of hand I should have 30% for fat but I have 46%! Does anyone have good low fat foods?

Vegetables, fruits, lean meats, beans, lentils, etc.
Try prelogging your food for the day and adjust until you are eating foods that fit your goals better.
Going over the fat goal isn't really a problem unless you have a medical problem that requires you to eat less fat though.0 -
