Confused about Fat

I am supposed to be getting 228g of protein, but staying around 42g of fat. This seems weird. All the good sources of protein has fat associated with it. Is it okay if I go over on 42g of fat IF they are mostly Monounsaturates (such as nuts)?
Other than expensive protein powder that has no fat or carbs, what other options do I have in upping my protein without making my fat also go up?

What are your macronutrient ratios?
I'm doing Phase 1 "Fat Shredder" ratios from P90X for now. 50% Protein, 30% Carbs, 20% Fat0 -
Fish, chicken, and pork are high in protein, low in fat.
Fish is amazing in that respect. Only issue is that it's got some cholesterol.0 -
Ohhhh. Jeeze, that protein is ludicrously high. Chicken, turkey, and tilapia are generally super low in fat and high in protein (like, 2g:23g). You have to stick with chicken/turkey breast though. That said, drink a lot of water, and your pee is probably going to smell funny.0
