Carbs and waist circumference?
Wondering if these things have correlation for anyone. Recently I've increased carbs and been weightlifting more seriously. I've noticed my waist measurement is up about an inch. Could this be that I'm holding water or more likely fat gain?

Yes, it could be either one. Did you decrease calories elsewhere to compensate for eating more carbs? On the other hand, if you want to gain muscle, putting on some fat will help.0
