Been afraid to post in case some how (not likely) it doesn't continue but BIG, Big news, came off insulin for two days now and blood has stayed under goals. Appears be done for good. Of course this was done with Doctors approval and I monitor twice a day, still just in case. Great motivation, very very happy. Results come slow sometimes but dedication pays off. Its taken over a year for this to happen. Wish you all archive your goals as well, and friends are always welcome.

Good for you. While I am type 2 diabetic I have not needed insulin yet-just metformin. and since diagnosis 35 lbs are gone. My sugars are good. Daily walking is a habit.
