I'm right there with you but at 201 lbs today. I keep starting for a meal or a day, thinking "I'll log later/tomorrow/starting Sunday, and the next thing I know I haven't logged at all for weeks. I'm obese, my cholesterol is high, and I feel like a giant slug!
I have free will, and so do you; this is reversible. Let's do it!1 -
Baby steps. Start with logging everything you eat. That will let you know the value of food. Learn from it. Study your food diary. Change what you can.
Drink more water.
Take a 5 minute walk.
Repeat daily.
Sounds simple, because it is. Change what you can, when you can. Eyes on the prize.3
