Chillis Customer Service FAIL

Chillis Customer Service FAIL - I asked their customer service for nutritional information on their Chicken Club Quesadillas. The don't list it and refuse to email me the value because "The Chicken Club Quesadillas are a Limited Time Offer therefore we have no nutritional data available." How dumb is that?

    oh god i used to love chili's until i found out that just their chicken crispers ALONE have over 1000 calories in them (not including the fries or the RANCHHHH). gross.

    I found this, and am guessing it'd be similar... should at least give you an idea, I'd think.

    Chili's isn't the only one. El Torito is also guilty, as are several others.

    However, I also find the ones who do list them and seemingly find nothing wrong with their counts/portions frustrating. Bring a person a reasonably sized meal for one, with a reasonable nutrition analysis, and not a family of four's meal on a single plate. (TGI Friday's is particularly bad here!)

    I try to decide on the restaurant and my meal before I leave the house. If they don't have nutrition info online, I don't go.

    We went to Island's a few months ago. I ordered a veggie patty in place of the beef, but no-one could tell me the nutrtion info for the beef so that I could make the adjustments. It's now on their menu!

    Thats not very nice. That has not happen to me yet. I went to Ihop and they are having some sort of breakfast thing that was special and they didnt have the nutritinal value at the store so went on line and called. They where very helpful. Figures the meal I ate was 1700 cals. I work my butt off to be in net. but I was happy with the customer service.:flowerforyou:

    Thanks, I used the option for the same thing off of the menu for a place called Moe's that I found on the internet. Probably not 100% accurate but close enough for governement work.
