I started to change my life on February 21st and as of this monring I have lost 50.5 pounds!!!! Yay me! I was hovering just under 50 pounds for the last 10 days so I was super excited to break it this morning. Now to focus on the next 50 pounds. It doesn't feel too overwhelming knowing I have already done it once.
