Hi everyone!
I checked the food database and the numbers are all over the place. Does anyone know how many calories are in cook ground beef 80/20 with the fat drained? Or where a good place to search for accurate info? Thanks in advance!

Use the entries marked as "verified" because it supposedly means someone checked the data against the official USDA data.0

I use the USDA nutrition site when in doubt0

Don't trust those "verified" entries. Half of them are wrong.Yes, USDA and stuff like that, outside sources.1

Thanks everyone, especially for the USDA site! Lesson learned on not trusting the user entries since it was way off than the USDA site!1
