Back on the wagon!

After gaining back the 50lbs I lost last year I am back to working on my health and fitness. As a stay a home mom of two who home schools I can find lots of excuses to not get up and move, but that is no longer an option for me. For my health and mental well being I have to get off my butt and move. So I started today I walked YAY.. It's only a little but hey it's something. I am using portion control and gentle eating to get myself back to a healthy weight. I have a long way to go but I can do this!! :)
