Hi, I am desperate to drop some weight naturally. Its been a week since i started using this app. I am still struggling, some days i under eat, other days i over eat. I am not sure how much of each food group i am supposed to have to make 1200 calories. I need help. I am doing my best to exercise as often as i can but i feel like its in vain because my eating isn't doing so well. I am totally motivated to do all i can to kick off the extra weight and keep it off!!.

    Dude, I've been the same way. I have my cals set for 1200 and even give myself an extra 200 for days when I can't count the cals in my meals, like when I'm eating out. I've been weighing food. I even got a Fitbit to help me move around more. I've been at this all year and I still haven't gotten anywhere, I'm still over 200 pounds. Going through a difficult time emotionally and wanting to stuff my face and telling myself not to is a big step for me, but I'm still not losing any weight. I'm constantly like "eff this! I'm starving!" But then I have to keep reminding myself that I can't eat or else I'll run out of daily calories.
