A good diary for Phase 1 for P90X today?

Did my diary look okay for the Phase 1 diet of P90X today? I've upped my calories about 800 and trippled my protein to what I normally get. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

It's supposed to be 50% Protein, 30% Carbs and 20% Fat.0
