Hey Everyone!

Hey everyone, my name is Eric and I am a Marine. Over the past year and a half I let my weight and pretty much my whole life style start to slip. I smoked and ate fast food pretty much every day. I am now 71 days smoke free and I am out of weight standards. I am facing a lot of negative things but I will push through this. I appreciate you guys reading this and I hope to have your support. I hope you accomplish all the goals you set and just now I'm here for you thank you for being here for me!

Congrats on 71 days in. I will be 2 years in august, it was a little rough at first but once I got past that first month it became easier. If you would like a friend for support you can add me.

I noticed that a lot of people gained weight due to the fact of no longer smoking . So because of that stress builds up and than you start to binge. When you feel yourself starting to get to that point yoga is a great way so stop it all.
One trick also is when feel the urge to snack and binge chew on some auger free gum. Studies show that come it's a healthier way to stop the craving of all the food :)
