What to do about calories after getting sick?

Warning - if you don't want to read about vomit, you might wanna skip this post.
This morning I made myself an egg and bacon flatbread for breakfast, and then no more than a minute after I finished eating it, I threw it up. I had taken a sip of warm water and for some reason it triggered my gag reflex. I feel fine, so I don't think I'm actually sick or anything. It was just a weird fluke.
Now my question is: should I remove all or some of those calories from my log today, and re-eat them? The food came up looking wholly undigested, because as I said, I literally just finished eating. It looked as though it had been chewed and then spit out.
I'm currently on a 1300 calorie diet (plus eating back workout calories), so I don't want to find myself under-eating because of this.
Thoughts or opinions on what I should do? Remove the meal completely from my log? Resize it to half the portion?

Remove all the calories. If you're still hungry, have a Pepto-Bismol tablet and eat again. Good luck.0

Thanks! I love my nose ring. I've been thinking about working oats into my diet. They're so tasty, but I never remember to grab them while I'm at the store.0 -
There is flavored ones aswel. Dont try the tropical one... you will puke gain... chocolate is my favorite one so far. On the nose ring part. I once did my own nipple ring many years ago when I was in high school. Don't have any anymore. Only tats0

LOL. Sorry that happened to you, but this post made me laugh. Yeah, just delete the calories. In your stomach for a minute means they never made it far enough into your system to get absorbed in any quantity that actually matters. Lol...0
