I am new to this whole weight lose thing. i weighed 125 lbs then after my daughter was born i went up to 135 and five years ago i got in a accident and was burned over 45% of my body and i now weigh 180. now i hate the way i look and feel. any advice about this ?0

Educate yourself on healthy eating and recipes. There are so many sites, just google it.
Take it slow and Try to stay away from processed and fast foods. Cook as close to natural as you can and watch PORTIONS. Buy a food scale, I use mine everyday. Drink lots of water. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits, low carb whole grain breads, pasta and rice. Fresh lean meats and fish, beans. If you use canned foods get no sodium. Did I say PORTION CONTROL!
