I started my journey on March 3, 2015, one month after the birth of my daughter. My start weight was 249 lbs. I currently weigh 158 lbs. I am 5'6. I have aimed for a one pound loss per week, stayed within the calorie goal MFP has given me, and walked or done at-home work outs maybe once to three times per week. I weigh myself once per week, every Saturday morning. If I lose at least one pound that week, I allow myself to have a rest day from logging absolutely everything and I eat what ever I want to. The most important thing I have learned is to practice consistency. Also, taking things slow is the best thing for me. Changing my habits and life style for good is what I aim to do!

Oh girl, my stomach is still VERY poochy! I have diastasis recti, so I tend to stay away from crunches and pretty much all ab exercises! My diet is slowly but surely helping flatten my tummy!1 -
