    Thanks for the nice words and early birthday wishes but, I should be thanking all my friends on MFP and all of you, for some reason people on here bring out the best in me, I just needed to show some B/A pic to help get your fires burning, to help the ones that are just starting and the other that just hit that wall and maybe giving up hope. once I hit my first goal 220 I then start my journey to loss 50 more so I can hit my BMI # of 170Lbs maybe 175 we will see...lol


    and for all the newbies, in Dec I could only run for about 2 mins, now I run a 5K every other day after 10mins on the bike and 20mins on the elliptical, so dont give up!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
