Hi MFP!! Sooooo here I go again (((sigh))). In the past, aesthetics was my main reason for weight loss. This time it's 100% health related. I'm just done with feeling physically held back by being overweight. My goal is to lose 46lbs. I've done it before and I can do it again. Who's with me? ✨✨✨
