Syncing garmin connect with mfp

Has anyone figured out the secret on how to sync these 2?

    If you figure it out, please let me know. I am on day 2 trying to figure it out and I ready to take back the Garmin.

    It depends on the Garmin unit you have. What is the model number?

    I have a Garmin Vívofit and it works great with MFP. Get the Garmin app and connect it with your MFP account. (Settings>3rd pArty apps) or I think you can connect from the MFP app as well! Your Bluetooth has to be on while you are syncing the data from your device
