My current go-to song for strength training is 'I'll make a man out of you' from the Mulan soundtrack.

Usually I like rock, but I have been on a 90s kick lately. The Scatman, Beautiful Life, and Run Boy Run have a nice beat tempo for a run. Well the last one is not from the 90s but is still has a good beat. For a warmup when I walk and slow jog before a run I've been doing "Where is my Mind" and "Dj Madson - Is This The Real Thing" lately because they get me going without getting me going too fast.

Thrash/Heavy metal for me (five finger death punch, Iron maiden, Korn, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, SOAD) gets the adrenaline going but I love all genres of music, anything energetic and with some grunt is awesome to jog/walk to.
