You don't need to buy any special food to lose weight. Everything you need is in the produce, dairy, and meat aisles at any grocery store4

I'm presuming this is about the UK website and if so I have tried a fair amount of their stuff.
The meat is excellent quality (as good as a butcher or Waitrose in many cases especially the steaks and chicken breasts) and is good value. Recommend them on that highly. I haven't tried more of the exotic stuff (like ostrich).
Some of the protein bars are nice as well (the coconut crunch and the caramel ones).
I found the "freshly prepped" meals to be a bit hit and miss. I really like the tuna / turkey burgers with beetroot mash, sweet potato spears and broccoli but found the crispy chicken with rice to be a bit bland (although nothing that a bit of hot sauce couldn't fix.) I think this will come down to personal preference.
I have some Ezekiel Golden Flax cereal and Strawberry crunch protein cereal on order as well which I am keen to try.
As stated above though there is nothing magical about it if you have the time and inclination to shop and prep the food yourself. It is however very convenient and reasonably cost effective for me and the macros fit in rather well with my training.

Thanks. I know I don't have to buy special food. I buy fresh meat anyway I'm going where it's good value for money. It would be chicken fillets and maybe bacon and the sausages. Unsure. Thought ask to see what others have tried recommend.0

I buy from there as it's very good value for good quality product. Infact I just received an order of chicken breasts about an hour ago0

If you live in the back end of beyond be prepared for the ice pack to be totally melted by the time you get it....only ever ordered meat by post once....think too long in the back of a warm van with no cooling pack.0

Weren't there any cooling packs in your box ? I've never had an issue with mine and have been ordering for a year.
My order that arrived today. It came and I left it in the kitchen without opening it then went out for the day as I was rushing. Just got home now and opened it and it's perfect. They say it will last 72hours in the box, I've never tried that lol but have returned home to packages that have been left in my safe place all day and were still great.0 -
(This wasnt muscle food) One..seriously it easy that bad the van driver said he pulled over to puke and even wrote on his pad it was rotten on delivery, can't be sure the pad was even worth it, it was tiny and wouldn't have lasted an hour0

Has anyone tried the prepared meals I’ve ordered some as they had an offer on and liked the look of them.0
