Monday was leg day& today was cardio... What's tomorrow?

Help... I am trying to tone my legs and get my butt back! I usually do squats, leg press, leg curls, and leg extensions and always end with cardio and the steam room. What should I do tomorrow? I have insanity and P90X but... Is that enough for one day? 30 min ? Help.. Just need something to do tomorrow

    If you want to grow or strengthen your legs & butt, I'd suggest finding a strength training routine that's written to do those things & then follow it. I would recommend Strong Curves, personally. It's written specifically for women who want to develop, well, Strong Curves. Specificly a shapely, full butt & sexy legs.
