    I lost 13 pounds but gained 5 back. The struggle this week is getting back to working out. I've gotten really lazy lol

    Successes/struggles this week: Trying to get rid of these last 10 lbs. that I gained in the past year somehow. I've been logging all my food and I also did my workout late last night even though I didn't want to. My struggle today is going to be getting my workout in. I'm at work all day and then headed to a meeting that I probably won't get home from until 10ish.

    I've always struggled with overeating. I've finally stopped trying to pretend like I can eat out and still be within my calories...it doesn't happen. Therefore, I really can't eat out :neutral: My husband and I have dubbed June "no junk June" we'll see what happens.
