Just copy and paste the original post info (see the replies above, it includes SW, CW, GW, weigh in dates) then add your weights in, so far people are only listing 6/01 obviously. Then turn your notifications on so you can see what people post (if you want) and do that each week on the weigh in days listed. Add your weight and wait for support and conversation!

So, not sure how I managed to lose over 4 lbs this week... My June 1 weigh in was from the last time I weighed myself (a week ago today). I had gained .8 lbs over two weeks due to stress and not staying under my calorie goal, but I'm thinking it could have been shark week water weight. Whatever the case may be, I'm not complaining!2 -
