CW: 164.6 lbs

Started Sep 1/15. I workout 3 days a week lifting weights and minor cardio. Also play tennis when I can and want to start swimming. I stick to my calorie goals, which is the most important factor.

I'm 5'3" or 5'4" depending on who is measuring me LOL. I've lost 44 lbs in the last 9 months, from 164 lbs to 119.8 (today) trend weight is 121. Per an online body fat calculator I'm 26.5% fat which is still a little high to me so I probably have a few more pounds to lose.
