hi all, my name is Georgia. this site is fantastic - beats a manual pen and paper food diary any day.
Does anyway know how to increase your Total Daily Protein ? As mine is just auto set at 75.

    your protein should be .8 g for every lb of body fat....I have a book I can quote that source for you
    and it's what i have taught for 34 y

    You go into the my home tab, and then goals then change goals.

    Hello, welcome to MFP!

    I believe that you can change your protein intake by clicking My Home > Goals > then clicking Change Goals @ the bottom > Choose custom setting and continue. You should be able to makes the changes you want now. :flowerforyou:
