This time last year I was in a mobility scooter due to sciatica and bad back. I was 37 and unable to walk further than the car. I put on over 3 stone in 18 months and finally 
had an operation in November and started losing weight in January, I've lost 36 pounds so far and waking again, swimming twice a week and doing everything I should be at my age. Looking forward to holiday this year!!
