Trampoline fitness classes.

I do trampoline class. Does anyone else do this?
Been doing it for 8 weeks and my cellulite has nearly gone on my legs brilliant.

    I've seen them and they sound like a blast, but I don't know if there's a sports bra strong enough to hold me in for one of those classes!

    My Enell holds everything in place for me.

    I've done it once with the girls from my pole studio and we had a blast. My Wacoal sports bra held everything together for me.

    I wear a bra and a sports bra. I have 40e so I know the feeling. But this works also run on treadmill as well spent comes in handy

    I have a mini trampoline I'll jump on at home from time to time with the radio on. It's a good little work out.

    It is. It's harder than the gym which I go 4 days a week plus trampoline once a week. But if I had a back garden I would be doing same 45 minutes
