New Month and Starting a new journey

Happy June I decided today that I will start drinking less soda and more water and today I managed 6 bottles of water and I also joined planet fitness today and will be going everyday and not make excuses my job is only 5 minutes from the gym, I'm looking to lose 30 pounds in 6 months and I know it can he done. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I will need all the support I can get.

    Good for you! I too am starting over this month! I've got 20 lbs to lose per my doctor, and I think I'm finally ready to do it! It's the little changes that matter! Be happy to swap motivation with you!

    Hello and Happy June. I also decided to start a new month. My goal is to try not to eat out so much and lose 24 pounds by August. That is great that you both are doing this. I would like to support as well.

    I too decided June 1st was the beginning of something be-you-tiful! Slow & steady. I will go to the gym 3x's a week. And log EVERYTHING I eat, taste, drink.. Good luck ladies!!!!
