Successes/struggles this week: The greatest struggles I seem to be experiencing are balancing work/life demands and getting enough sleep. The goal is to remain focused, consistent, and optimistic. I tend to get discouraged when the losses seem to come too slowly or when I stall. I have to remember I did not get here overnight and the changes will happen in the same manner.2 -

I'm doing a TDEE calculation and setting my goal to 1619, and planning to not eat back cals unless my workout was unusually strenuous. Hoping this will keep me sane on the occasional rest day!0 -
