    Successes/struggles this week: I weighed 194.5 in February (after losing a lot of weight), but gained a few lbs. back since then. I would like to stop the scale from going up and get it going down again.

    Well, I have an 8 week old so remembering to eat and drink water is a big thing. Eating healthy in the day is tough too. Hopefully this thread helps keep me on track a bit more!

    Successes/struggles this week: The greatest struggles I seem to be experiencing are balancing work/life demands and getting enough sleep. The goal is to remain focused, consistent, and optimistic. I tend to get discouraged when the losses seem to come too slowly or when I stall. I have to remember I did not get here overnight and the changes will happen in the same manner.

    Successes/struggles this week: I changed my calorie allotment. I was doing around 1300, and eating back my exercise calories. I'm doing a TDEE calculation and setting my goal to 1619, and planning to not eat back cals unless my workout was unusually strenuous. Hoping this will keep me sane on the occasional rest day!
