I have SIBO and a gallbladder currently not working and full of sludge. I'm trying apple cider vinegar but oh my, it burns my entire digestive system when I take it. I can feel it as it makes its way through my system. Very weird feeling btw. Anyone else have this happen? Normal?

Are you taking shots of it strait? Most people dilute it with water and honey.

It is an acid. If you are having problems I wouldn't recommend taking it.

You need to dilute it...I put 3/4 of an ounce in an 8 oz glass of water...Still somewhat obnoxious.

Yes I'm taking shots straight. I'll dilute it-obnoxious taste but the feeling is awful

    Damaged my throat.
At least rinse your mouth after drinking to prevent tooth damage.
I used it to help digestion.
Now, I just drink a tbsp of lemon in my water before dinner.

Wow I really dilute mine. Maybe a tsp in a 6 oz glass of water.
