Rededicated My Goals

I rededicated myself to reach my weight loss goals. First I could not believe how much I needed to loose. Or rather how much I would like to loose. Which is now 130 lbs. I have lost 65lbs since November 2015. I am trying to take it not too fast, but not too slow. Steady and consistent. I found some programs that worked for me and I rotated programs so I would not get bored. And now I am adding weights and cardio to make it easier. I wanted to be able to eat what I want every once in awhile, without slowing down my metabolism. I am excited about my future. I am 57 soon to be 58 years old it is nice to fit in my old suits. I cant wait to replace all my clothes. I feel so much more confident now. And I now believe it is possible to get back to my High School weight.

Congrats on the rededication. I rededicated about a month ago, something just clicked. I'm fairly active, but struggle with food. Realized my weight isn't helping with my fitness goals (run a half-marathon injury free). You can do it!0
