Hunger!

Hi everyone! I've been doing keto for about 2 months now. I always stay under 20g of carbs a day but I'm usually at 10 or less. I keep calories to about 1700 a day. So far I'm down 23.8lbs which I am thrilled about. The past few weeks I've noticed on random days I just feel starving! I try to listen to my body and give it what it needs but I feel guilty sometimes. Anyone else go through the same thing? Any snacks that satiate your hunger? I should also mention I drink a lot of water. Like 4-5 litres a day. Thanks guys!

    I don't do keto anymore, but I used to.

    My favorite keto snack/food was jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon. Oh so good. And not as high calorie as people think.

    Broccoli with cheese or sour cream dip is also a good one. You can get a lot of volume with the broccoli.

    For something super easy and portable, tuna packets it a good one. Lots of protein. Mix with mayo and egg for some fat.
