U think u can't do but just think about the good thing that come out of it

I know many use the reason why they can't do a diet is because it isn't easy yeah u could get craving but the real reason Is u need self control to do it and u just could Think about how fit and heathy u are going to look when u achieve ur goal that is the reason why each time that I see a hot dog or a dount I would want to eat it so bad however I think about how it is going to affect me so I chose the other pAth which is good for me and heathy like eating a fat free pudding for ur cravings instead of regular they still taste the same but alway chose the best chose

    I agree that u need self control, and that there are a lot of people who are not ready to lose their weight. My philosophy is that if you are craving a certain food you can go ahead and eat it once in a while. Just track the macros and calories and fit it into your routine. If you are obsessing over a certain food it will make you feel weak for wanting it and make you feel bad about yourself for eating it in a moment of weakness. For many of us losing the weight is not enough. You have to pick a diet that you are capable of following for the rest of your life.
