:sad: i am bummed i have stuck to my diet very carefully and workout i get up this morn and im up 1 lb. so frustrating.................:mad:

    I know that feeling - I try to drink as much water as I can amongt other things I sometimes find the more I drink can affect whether I lose any weight or put some on

    I was up 2lbs last week and trust me I wanted to give up I have been working my butt off (or at least trying LOL) but I know there is going to be weight fluctuation because you are burning fat at the same time building muscle which is heavier then fat so I am keeping track of my inches which when I did that I was in a much better mood total I took off 4.5 inches from Neck, waist and thighs. If your not already give it a try.

    :flowerforyou: ur right i did take my measurements and i have lost about 4.5 inches so thats good and i feel better thanks a lot everyone................
