Count me in as well! Feel free to add me in! I'm a 45 yo female with 20-30 pounds left to lose. (Unsure of my goal weight b/c I'm lifting weights. I'll be going by %bf or appearance at that point.)0

Hi. 48 (I think, dang am I 48 already?) Who'd like to go back to the 80's for awhile? >>>me <<<
I'm back at this weight loss venture AGAIN. I need someone to make me stay at it. Looking for friends...1 -
Hello! I am 45 and looking to start this weight loss journey AGAIN. I started MFP last year and lost 54 lbs! Sadly, I got stressed out and gained almost all of it back. So here I am, looking for all the support I can find!
Please add me if you would like some encouragement!0 -
46 going on 47 in July. I could use support, too. Finally was able to get back to a LC eating plan after derailing during the holidays. I entered my works "Top Loser" 12 week challenge on Monday (01/31/17). Since then I have dropped the water weight (10.5 lbs) and entered ketos on 02/02/14.
I had recently been diagnosed with "Fatty Liver disease" even though I don't drink, and diverticulosis of the colon and bladder. The diet recommendation from my doctor was to cut out bread, pasta, sweets, juice... basically a low carb diet.
Good luck on your WOE journey, everyone!
