Hi I'm a 19 this year, and I will be going to an italian restaurant for the first time since I have started my diet this week. I'm on quite a strict calorie diet and originally I was planning on just logging the food I was going to have first and then work around that, but due to some circumstances I am unable to work out on that day and haven't been working out much for this week (and I really don't want to starve myself on this day). I won't be having any starters or desserts as a main will be more than enough to fill me up. Out of these options, which do you think are the best calorie-wise?
The garlic or pesto wood fired flatbread
The thin crust seafood pizza (will most likely eat half and bring the rest home)
A tomato base or olive oil based pasta (same as pizza, probably won't finish it)
The pan roasted salmon with potatoes and lemon butter
The oven roasted chicken breast without skin with mushroom mustard cream and potatoes
The fish of the day with potatoes
Fresh scallops grilled and served on a potato rosti

A lot of restaurants will have the calories on the menu or even have a "lighter" section with healthier options! But from that list I think the salmon would be the best choice!
